A minimum of 20% of the recommended tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
This deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque.
The balance of the payment is due on the day of travel.
If the booking was made by phone or through the secure booking form on the Nullarbor Traveller website, copies of the receipts will be provided to you at Coodlie Park YHA Farm Retreat - the base for Nullarbor Traveller.

By reconfirming your place, our tour may be able to pick you up from your overnight location or direct you to the nearest pick up point.
It also provides us with an opportunity to ensure that we are able to fully cater for your dietary needs and it ensures that if you need to hire a sleeping bag, that one is allocated to you..

Adelaide Departures
Adelaide to Perth Tours depart from the Adelaide Bus Terminal, 101 Franklin Street at 7.00am.
Eyre Peninsula Secrets depart from the Adelaide Bus Terminal, 101 Franklin Street at 7.00am.
By prior arrangement the tour will pick up from selected Hotels and Hostels in the Central Business District of Adelaide.
Perth Departures
Perth to Adelaide Tours depart from:
Tourist Coach Rank, Wellington Street Bus Station at 7.00am.
YHA Hostel, 300 Wellington Street, Perth at 7.00am.
By prior arrangement the tour will pick up from selected Hostels in the Northbridge District of Perth.
Please reconfirm 48 hours before the date of departure.
It is a United Nations of travellers that welcome you when you jump on board our tours!
The majority of our passengers are aged between 20 - 45 years of age but all ages are welcome.
Our tours do offer adventure for those who like to get really active, but there is also plenty of opportunity to relax and take in this unique part of Australia.
A medium to high level of fitness is required for the tour.
All meals are included in the tour price.
All entrance fees, National Park fees, GST and the use of camping equipment (swags) and sand boards are also included.
Accommodation is a mixture of National and Conservation Parks, Bush Camping locations and a Farm-swags.

There are also three optional experiences:

- Cage Dive with Great White Sharks $495 [Our travellers still benefit by booking through Nullarbor Traveller with a wetsuit and DVD highlights package included in the tour price- normally an additional $85]

- Great White Shark Cage Dive ($495) - available on the Perth to Adelaide tour and the Secrets of Eyre Peninsula tour
The operators of these tours operate independent to Nullarbor Traveller.
Weather can play an important part in the operation of the tours and the operators make their own risk assessment and decision about the operation of the tour each day.
Any money collected is refunded if the tour does not operate.
The operators of the shark tour are unable to guarantee a shark sighting. They are wild animals and as people can appreciate it is not possible to restrict their movements in any way. The operators will do their utmost within specified guidelines to entice them to the area. If the operator is not confident about sighting a shark on the day, the tour will not operate. In the unlikely event, a shark is not seen a 'Return at Half Price Gift Voucher' will be provided to each person.
Accommodation on the tour is a mixture of National Parks, camp grounds (with showers and toilets), bush camps (no facilities) and farm retreat. Every night in your hired swag.
When camping we use swags with foam mattresses.
It is possible to hire a sleeping bag for $35.
We like to be flexible with our camping spots as sometimes weather conditions will dictate the best place to camp.
We travel in an air-conditioned Mini Bus (maximum of 18 passengers across the Nullarbor) with a purpose built camping trailer.
We offer plenty of variety and do our best to provide fresh produce.
PLEASE let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
We also recommend to our passengers who may have a difficult diet to cater for, to bring some of their own preferred foods for the journey.
Luggage restrictions apply of 1 backpack/soft travel bag per person (maximum 15 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage. Also ensure that walking shoes, water bottle, insect repellent, hat, sunscreen and bathing suits travel in your soft bag on the bus. Don't forget to bring a torch/ headlamp and rainproof jacket!
Backpack travel bags that exceed 20 kg will incur a levy of $5.00 per day. (Adelaide to Perth $50.00 - Perth to Adelaide $45.00)
Fares and Itinerary
The 2012-13 Brochure and rates are valid from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013.
Prices shown are in Australian dollars and Nullarbor Traveller reserves the right to cancel or amend tours and tour prices.
Nullarbor Traveller reserves the right to substitute vehicles or change itinerary wherever necessary to ensure the operation of the tour. No refund will be paid if different itinerary is offered. Some activities are run by independent operators and Nullarbor Traveller cannot be held responsible if they are not available at any time.
Due to the extreme isolation and price fluctuations throughout the journey, a fuel levy may be implemented. Notification of this levy will be advised to passengers at the time of booking.
Liability
No liability will be accepted for injury, sickness, loss, damage or delay however caused. Nullarbor Traveller highly recommends that the passengers take out travel insurance, and cannot guarantee connection with any other service or operation.
Nullarbor Traveller reserves the right to refuse to carry or continue to carry any passenger, luggage or goods.
Bookings Policy
For direct bookings or non contracted organisations, a minimum of 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. If booking through a travel agent, Nullarbor Traveller has contractual arrangements in place with travel agents internationally and within Australia.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (email excepted) and such notice is not effective until received by the company and responded to passenger.
Cancellations 15 days and greater prior to departure will incur a 20% administration and cancellation Fee of the ticket price. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee of the ticket price.
Cancellation within 7 days of departure or if the passenger fails to join or complete the tour, a 100% cancellation fee of the ticket price applies. One change of departure date is allowed free of charge.
Child Rate
Passengers 12 years and under at the time of departure are considered to be children and are charged at 80% of the adult rate.
During the tour there is a very limited Telstra mobile phone coverage. Other phone companies will most likely not work on tour. You might have some mobile phone coverage in some towns but we cannot guarantee anything. Recharging of phones and camera is difficult and limited, charge all electrical equipment before departure.
